Bill Pollard, Talon Private Capital

Bill Pollard is the co-founder of Talon Private Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm with deep principal experience in acquisition, disposition and investment management within multiple U.S. markets. Prior to co-founding Talon, Pollard was a co-founder and principal at Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. for over 16 years. Over his career, Pollard has been involved in the sales and/or leasing of more than 6 million square feet and in excess of U.S. $2.0 billion in investment sales. He has also consistently been recognized as one of the leading brokers in the Pacific Northwest.
